By using CoralHost you agree to these terms. If you do not agree you may not use our services. We may update these terms at any time and continued use constitutes acceptance. You must provide accurate current and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for all activity on your server and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose and must comply with all applicable local national and international laws. The following are strictly prohibited: hosting illegal content malware viruses worms or harmful code launching or participating in DDoS attacks or network abuse using our services for cryptocurrency mining or blockchain validation operating phishing pages or social engineering attempting to access or disrupt other users servers data or accounts without authorization sending unsolicited bulk messages or spam and any activity placing an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure or disrupting other users. Free hosting is provided with reasonable resource limits on CPU RAM disk and bandwidth. We monitor usage and may suspend or restrict servers exceeding fair usage thresholds. Allocations may be adjusted at any time for equitable distribution among all users. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately without notice for breach of these terms or illegal activity. Upon termination your servers and associated data may be permanently deleted without possibility of recovery. Our services are provided as is and as available without warranty of any kind. CoralHost is not liable for any direct indirect incidental special or consequential damages including data loss server downtime loss of profits or financial loss arising from your use of our services.
